Looking to move on short notice (middle/end of June), I'm checking all the usual suspects, but I figured I'd ping here as well. Need a 2-3 bedroom place that's ok with a couple of well-behaved indoor cats. I'd prefer the Vallejo/American Canyon area; I'll be commuting to Sac and my other half will be driving to Alameda, so I'm trying to find somehting in the middle. Anything else that fits that general area (trying to keep commutes under about 65 miles if I can help it) would be cool too.

I know lots of people have friends/family who do the rental property thing; hook a brudda up if you know of something? PM is cool, just figure I'll cover all my bases.

How about the cordelia area of fairfield? its in the middle i believe. not quite american canyon, but not quite the inner parts of fairfield. The cordelia area is fairly nice from what ive seen and have some friends that live out there too and its pretty quiet. If you're going 80W and see Solano college/costco/safeway/tj max/ apple bees and those places thats the cordelia area

 

I'm open to pretty much anything in the general area. Need to stay east of Vacaville to keep it in the middle somewhat, and down to vallejo (want to keep it this side of bridge tolls)

Pretty much anything with relatively easy access to 80 and 680/780 works for me.

Thanks for the feedback, I was seeing some decent stuff in Cordelia/Suisun City.

 

Vallejo in most areas seem ghetto to me (but what do i know? lol )
Suisun is getting the same way unless go out near Travis AFB/Walters Road/Lawler Ranch area (along hwy 12 area) that part is pretty nice. I dont know anything about vacaville. Area in fairfield where you have golden hills community area near safeway on hillborn/waterman around 80E is pretty nice too. Either way good luck man and hope to see you at some of our meets, you would be the 2nd wagon aside from rich that pops in from time to time

ps - if you go into fairfield...just dont get a place near dover/east tabor unless u want crack dealers and gangs running around ur house lol

 

Check out Benecia, it's the nicest of the three, I actually lived there for awhile. Although there are nice parts, Vallejo and Fairfield are ****holes. If you have to, check out the side of Fairfield south of 80. Suisun and Vacaville especially are fairly nice.

If It was me, I'd look into Benicia, American Canyon or Napa.

 

oh yea there are some shiatholes in fairfield and definently vallejo...although i live like a mile down from the begginning of dover/east tabor and constantly hear cops/ambulances going there with their sirens blazing...ive never had one issue on my street lol

btw aaron...our local subaru dealer (green valley ford) sucks if u need anything done lol

 

Haha, my dad went to show some property on Tabor and the coroner was at the house next door.

 

tabor is a fairly decent neighborhood...its EAST tabor u dont wanna be on lol

 

Its been 8 years since I lived in Vallejo... I have no idea what areas are ghetto and not ghetto anymore
