Are the SSR type CS much lighter than the regular Type C, what other differences are there?

Hello,

The CS are actually heavier than the C. The C are completely semi-solid one piece wheels while the CS are two piece hybrid wheels that have been welded together. The outer is cold forged while the inner is semi solid forged. This wheel is stronger than the C.
