TB Exhausts

Hi there, i was just wondering what would be the absolute quietest setup for a TBE that is 3 " all the way through for the STI. I don't want it to be loud. I've been told that the greddy Evo2 are the quietest catbacks but that would mean i would have to buy seperate downpipes etc right? Basically, i would like a setup that gives me the most power without being loud, even though i know there is a correlation between loudness and power, LOL.

I'm just about to install the Greddy EV02 on my '05 STI, as my current catless dual tip Perrin TBE is just too loud. I
ve also heard that the Maddad Whisper and Borla Hush are supposed to be very quiet.

I've heard the Evo2

and it is quieter than most (1 resonator)...the original Evo has 2 resonators which makes it pretty quiet...

I would opt for the Fujitsubo RMA01 (87db) or the Fujitsubo Power Getter (95db)...I am considering both right now...

The problem with quiet is typically a restrictive exhaust...The Power Getter uses tubing that is almost 3.5", the RMA01 3"...and does not restrict performance like my 3.5" APS TBE with the silencer in...basically, my silencer restricts the opening from a 4" to 1.5"...quiet, but at a price...

Right now...I really like my APS...but at times, it seems a bit loud...I'm probably going to replace it out with my Cobb dp and a Fujitsubo...just waiting for the right deal to come along...

I have the Stromung catless TBE and IMO and alot of others it is the best sounding exhaust. It is quite when you are just cruising, but when you get on it it screams. Doesn't drone on highway either.
