Rocky's coming back. . . well maybe!
Rock do alot of research as to which style your like, 04/05 STI, or 06 STI, even the Evo VIII and the Evo IX. All these cars are comparable. Although I love the Subies, if I could afford it I'd get a Evo IX. Seems like you get a lot of power in the right places via the new MIVEC, from what I understand they mod real nicely too and get great numbers. I do like the quality and the symetrical philosophy of the Subies. You will probably do upgrades anyways (whichever you get).
It boils down to which car visually appeals to you the most, cause again, power and handling and braking can be had from either make. And at the point you are gonna get a car that costs over 26K, then how much more monthly is it for a 30K? Or get a WRX TR and have some money to throw some wheels, a tune, and suspension!
Ok I talk to much. . . see ya man!
