Guaging Interest: NY 98 Rally Blue RS

Hey folks,
Trying to decide if I should keep the RS and do a swap, or pick up another WRX (found one that looks nice, decent price, needs a little work).

Here's the lowdown:
Rally Blue Pearl (RBP) 1998 2.5 RS
92k miles
Newer waterpump and belts
02/03 WRX interior (still have original rear seat)
04/05 WRX radio/CD player
Injen CAI
Tanabe exhaust (still have stock exhaust)
99RS Crystal headlights
Outback XT brakes (all around and like new-5k miles--ask anyone, I never use my brakes )
Currently riding on newer stock suspension (from an '01 with 20k miles)
WRX front and rear sway bars and endlinks
Currently has Gold Prodrive P7's with Conti Wintersport tires (good tread).
Car in good condition. Some minor scratches on front bumper, dent on driver's door that will "pop" out and a minor scratch here or there. Burns a very small amount of oil, approx 1/2 qt every 3k miles.

Options:
Second set of Gold P7's with Goodyear Eagle GS-D summer tires (good tread)
98RS Gold rims with available (not mounted) a/s tires (good tread)
Prodrive WR (P1) struts and Blue Eibach Springs (unsure of milage, a bit dirty, but still very firm and very much useable)
Cusco rear sway and Kartboy solid endlinks, some rust on the sway, but still very much usable.

Not sure what to price car out at. NOT parting out suspension or wheels. If I keep the car, I plan on getting a set of P1 springs (the red ones) and powdercoating the rims. If the right offer comes along, I will sell this.
Have pics available and will get them posted up asap, or can email them to you.
let me know your opinions.

Thanks,
Bruce
