SOLD! :)
Since my Subbie will no longer be used for street use of used on a very limited basis I am selling me sweet RS*R Setup. I'm going to be running the STX class in SCCA Solo so I now need something with a cat to be legal. This setup is way sweet and one of the nicest sounding setups around. I got ride of my Helix Downpipe/HKS Hi-Power setup because I wanted this one so bad.
VERY IMPORTANT - Please look at the pictures carefully. This TBE setup is different than USDM TBE setups and MUST be run together for maximum effectiveness. Now seeing I had both the downpipe and the cat-back I'm pretty sure I threw the adapter away. You wouldn't want to use this anyway as it goes from 3.25" to like 2.5" to mount to factory cat-back.
Here are some usefull links. You can check out the pics and videos to see what it's all about. KEEP IN MIND this is running with an equal length header and sounds much deeper with a standard header.
FOR SALE - RS*R TBE (Exhaust and Downpipe) - 2002+ WRX/STi
PRICE - I'm not negotiating, $650 is a steal and only because I need to order something new by 2/24/2006. Only on the car 5 months and everything is Stainless Steel.
LOCATION - Houston, TX
SHIPPING COST - $50 or local pickup available.

Downpipe - http://www.rs-r.com/products/exhaust/downpipe.php

P.S. This is pretty loud with equal length but I like the way it sounds. Alot different sound than a stock Subbie, kinda reminds me of a GT2 Porsche.
