upgraded the turbo, and apparently i can only hit 15psi max without this brass orfice from an sti. this is the tiny restrictor pill that is supposed to go in the rubber line that connects to the wastegate actuator. need to pick one up by tomorrow before 1pm, which is when i am getting dyno tuned. if you got one for sale...let me know thanks guys
