I think its an exhaust issue....

I think its an exhaust issue....
I have a 2000 2.5Rs and right as i get to 3/3.5 grand on any gear and release the throttle there is an extra hum or rattling noise... havent found what the problem was yet, but my car is only at 35 thousand miles. i think its something loose, but do you guys have any idea what it could be? much appreciation guys,
