A group of devout Muslim men said yesterday they were victims of racial profiling when they were detained at a Giants game for engaging in prayer.

"When it's time for prayer, it's time to worship God," said one of the men, Sami Shaban, 27, a Seton Hall Law School student. "No matter where we are, we stop and we pray."

But FBI and Giants Stadium officials insisted yesterday that they did not question the men because they were praying, but because of where they were praying.

George Zoffinger, president of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, said stadium security alerted the FBI when the men were spotted congregating near the main air intake duct during the Sept. 19 game against the New Orleans Saints.

It all depends. They could be probing our defenses and using our insane liberalism against us, or it could be nothing. You know, I picture the air intake area to be some noisy and odd place to meet, but I don't know the layout of the place.

It could just be that they are planning on having a nice article written about themselves here : www.thereligionofpeace.com

Yes, but they are learning quick. Much of Europe is waking up to the nightmare they brought upon themselves.

Stolen from another current thread, but so relevant!!
"Back in the 1990s, the French sneered at America for the Los Angeles riots. As the Chicago Sun-Times reported in 1992: "the consensus of French pundits is that something on the scale of the Los Angeles riots could not happen here, mainly because France is a more humane, less racist place with a much stronger commitment to social welfare programs." President Mitterrand, the Washington Post reported in 1992, blamed the riots on the "conservative society" that Presidents Reagan and Bush had created and said France is different because it "is the country where the level of social protection is the highest in the world."
