I have a brand new plug and play HIDs kit for sale. This kit comes with everything you need.
To my knowledge, only the 04-05 RS/WRX and the 02-03 Morettes highbeam use H1 size bulbs.
Brightstars 10000k H1
$320 shipped OBO.
Pickup can be arranged anywhere in Norcal or Socal.

The price depends a lot on the temperature of the bulbs. The higher, the more expensive... or so I've been charged. haha
