do you have a multimeter? That is a key tool to have when trying to do something like this.
I don't fully understand your post, but I am also really sick right now so not much makes sense. ;x this is the stock alarm horn/siren you are talking about?
It sounds like you may have tapped the wrong line maybe.

Yes, it is a stock alarm horn/siren... Man, I knew BAIC has a faster reply.
I'll try to explain again...
Objective:
Have the alarm siren to come on at the press of a button (momentary switch).
Attempt:
Traced the wiring from the alarm siren itself, through the firewall, into the security module.
It was showing two wires (red/black).
I tapped the red wire assuming it's power and connect it to the switch.
The other end of the switch is connected to the cigarette lighter.
Note:
I also tapped the garage opener and V1 radar detector to the cigarette lighter as well.
None are on or drawing current due to the momentary switch (except for the V1).
All units have inline fuse.
*After I tapped the alarm siren, with no key in the ignition, I was able to turn on the radar detector by press and hold the alarm siren momentary switch. This means the line I tapped for the alarm siren has a constant voltage and is always on.
Question:
Which wire am I suppose to tap to drive the alarm siren?

Sounds like the alarm siren may be hot on red with black being a ground trigger (the alarm grounds the black wire to activate the siren).
This isn't the norm though, many alarm sirens are 1 wire with a ground on the siren mount or near the siren itself(bolt with short wire going to siren).
Super easy to tell with a multimeter.
If you are willing to risk popping a fuse, you can take a piece of wire and ground one end and very briefly tap the black wire on the siren - if the red is hot and full time power, grounding the black should make it blare.
You would then hook one end of your momentary switch to ground and the other to the black wire on the siren.
This isn't the norm though, many alarm sirens are 1 wire with a ground on the siren mount or near the siren itself(bolt with short wire going to siren).

if you feed a +12v to the alarm and you dont put a diode (which is essentially a one-way "gate" for electricity), when you apply power to the siren, that power may work it's way back to the alarm.
i havent seen the schematic for the stock suby alarm, but if the brain provides +12v to the siren, then that is kinda bad.
of course i could be all wrong...
btw, are you adding a new MOM switch or using an existing one?

diode controls current not voltage right? If power is always on on that line. I think I would just add more current to the siren not force it the other way and voltage shouldn't change assuming they are all 12 voltes.
What do you mean by MOM? I have 1 momentary switch for the garage opener and one for the alarm, and the V1 has it's own on/off.
btw, I love my garage opener setup, it's cool!
Should have take some pic and do a write-up, but got lazy.

or can someone provide me the 00RS security module wiring diagram/pinout? www.ravensblade-impreza.com has a lot of good wiring info, but doesn't have what I am looking for...

I figure I have a inline fuse, worst to worst I'll just blow the fuse. I went ahead and tapped the ground instead and it works!

that alarm siren has constant power - the alarm module will pulse or complete the ground circuit to activate the alarm siren - this is how most alarm systems operate
