need tire help?
 

I have Rota Subzeros 17x7.5 and when i put 245/40/17 the tire hits the rear strut a little bit and i was wondering if anybody has any suggestions. Will a 3mm or 5mm spacer solve the problem? are universal spacers fine? and would I need longer wheel studs or will stock do fine? thank you

245s are pretty wide for a 7.5...235s would be better suited

both 235/40-17 and 245/40-17 minimum wheel width is 8.0"
