Looking for Black Crome rims??

I had seen a long time ago that some shop in western WI was selling Rota rims with this black chrome treatment. Does any one know what happened to these or know the name of the process?
I like the look and price of the Rotas and the black chrome made them look bad $*& .

I tried doing a search and came up empty handed.

Titanium Chrome

I don't know anything about the wheels, but I did see a group buy going on over on the "other" impreza site. Here is the link . I think they were calling them Titanium Chrome Rotas.

Enkei rpm2s I have them and they look great. I also have stock wheels that I powder coated black chrome but it's darker than the Ti Chrome still cool thought. I will have the stock wheels up for sale shortly. As you can tell I love the dark chrome look.
