Goodyear Eagle GT's
Anyone heard anything about these?
Did the TireRack research, but seeing if anyone has them on their cars. Any info about light snow would be great aswell. Thanks. |
good all around tire with above average performance in bad weather

Thanks Luke...got em today. I really like them so far. I will see how they do with a 1,200 mile drive to Denver and see how it performs in the snow.

Good decision on tires i have em on my '02 wagon, i have loved them, for the price they are excelent

I too have them on my stock wheels and they are great. The thread life lasts longer than the federal 535 ss tires that I got from the subaru dealership. But the Goodyears dont have the lip features like on the federals to prevent curbing the rims.

I would only get these if I knew I would have to deal with snow. I had a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s (max performance summer) and they were absolutely amazing tires -- and they had the anti-curb-rash lip. They had SCARY traction, I was able to pull off turns and launches that left everyone else in the dust. I took turns at 90 that the highway department had rated at 25.
