Short notes
1) Reason for pull over: No front plate
2) Person didn't have license on him
3) Cop asked him to step out
4) Person tried to drive off
5) He shot him once in the face

He's going to walk if that's a murder charge. Could it have been something lesser? Probably, but murder, he'll walk. He didn't have to shoot him, IMO. He would have been arrested either way. Now whether he would have wrecked/kill himself/someone else at the same time who knows. Why are you trying to drive away from a cop? He might as well have been on a highspeed chase already. And to die over something like a "missing front plate" ... too cool for that front plate. If you give a cop a reason to pull you over, that's on you.
