I find really unfortunate that prior to this day, very little feedback/experiences pertaining to FLI were available. Too bad the first real review had to look like this.

you know what i find unfortunate

that these dipsticks still get the run a shop and screw people with there brainless work and your out 4k+ and still feel bad for THEM!

I get what your saying. After everything that happened, that day when Steve asked to "make things right" I really trusted what he was telling me. I thought that everything was fine up until the point I began to deal with Miles. After he was out of the picture, at least my frame of view, and Steve took the bull by the horns; I thought sure it was going to happen. Maybe I haven't come to the realization I was betrayed.

I can understand thier point about not wanting to warrantee someone else's tuning, but damn, they were the only ones that worked on the car and it's horked. That's pretty patently not right. Take the car elsewhere (like gruppe-s), and have it fixed properly.

Sorry to hear about all the trauma.
