hey, been thinking about getting a set for my 03 wrx.. i wanted to know what was your guy's opinion on them and where i could get a set.. any info would be appreciated. thanx

 

I've had them for years, they're nice, but unfortunately no longer made for the US market. There are rumors that Morette may be working on a new version but that has been floating around for some time now with no product showing up.
If you want a set the only way you're going to find them is used through the classifieds (check here and NASIOC, they turn up from time to time). Expect to pay around $400 for a nice set.

i have morettes for my 03 too w00t

they discontinued them in 04ish

used is the only way now

mine are unpainted and HIDs
they have a better projection than JDMs they bleed less light

I have them for my 02. I wanted them for a long time, but wasn't ready to dish out the $400+ but then a set came along for $150 unpainted. Then another set came around for $75 (my buddy that had some on his 02 wagon and I both PMed the guy to inform him of what he had and what they were worth).

point is, you just gotta keep an eye out for them in the classifieds.
