It is to catch the water/liquids and to not let them flow into the street. Some law or something.

yes, we do everything by the book and do what we can to protect the environment... :)

we have to capture as much used water as possible and dispose of it properly and avoid the storm drains... :)

im gonna send my car there soon, its been 3 years now having the car and these OTC polishes arent working as good as they used to 3 years ago. and ive heard MANY good things about detail addicts work, alot of heads at hellaflush3 told me to goto him.
