I spent 1/2 a tank from Fremont to Novato, a few trips to the store, and back to Fremont.

On the way I was cruising at a little over 80mph too.

The rpm's with a 6 speed and a 5 speed are just about the same.. You also have shorter gears in the Sti. At 81mph I'm at about 3000rpm.
