Dont ever order from "iloveracing.com"!!
 

Ok guys, they pushed me to the edge!! I have ordered a couple of stuffs from them and even emailed them about my order and a confirmation #!!At this time it was 09/06/07..3 days past and I emailed them again..No response so I waited and emailed another 3 days, no response.So I kept doing this until this past Saturday where I emailed them again and gave them a big chunk of my mine!! I mean it been past 10 days since my ordering online and no confirmation or tracking number has been issued to me..Also my order is still "Pending"according to what my account status says!! So wtf..I mean is this how they are going to treat their customers!!Wait till they order and then take awhile to send out their orders even though its in stock. And whats more worst is that you can only contact them by email.No phone number, nor address provided!!I even specifically made my cell # availiable to them so they can contact and we can discuss in a orderly manner, but no, they didnt call so I was already pissed off. So my experience is Really bad and I dont want anyone to go through this B.S. like I did...:rant: :mad: :mad:

That sucks. How did you hear about this company. Maybe it's just me, but before I order from online companies, I look for previous customer feedback. I also don't think I'd ever order from any company if they didn't have an address or phone #. Hope you get your stuff though, good luck!

walt, call your CC company and ask them for iloveracing's phone#. they should have it. let me know if you need help.

I ordered from this company probably 3 years ago and months went by and I never receieved my stuff they even charged my card twice for the amount and I never received the product. They have no phone number to call and would not respond to my e-mailes either. What I had to do is go to my credit card company and told them what was happening and they got intouch with the company and got me my money back and my stuff.

dude... that really sucks.... well atleast you are more cautious now when ordering online! dude hope you get $$$ back!..... i would react the same way. you should also report this to the BBB.....and you can see there customer satifaction rate.... i am pretty sure you can say get your 2 cents in.

All in all, I will be contacting my CC company and inform them of my situation but i just didnt want to pour fuel onto the fire sorta speak but they pushed me to do it!! So I would like to thank everyone for their experience and suggestions!! :thumb:

Was pretty funny cause a friend on here seen my post and made pretend he was iloveracing.com..I was taking a dump at that time and didnt want to be *****ing while taking a dump. But I went to the bank later to file a dispute report and a investigation on iloveracing.com by my cc company!!So Ill get a report within a week from what they told me...

Ok this is the conclusion to my dilemma!! I just got a letter from my CC company and it states that they have contacted Pacific Rim aka "iloveracing.com" and they talked to them and advised me that to settle my dispute, I would have to call them up and a number is provided..Funny how this same number isnt provided on their website..F'in dumbasses!! And what is more funny or by coincidence is that they sent me a tracking number only yesterday and my order placement date was on the 6th of September..Its almost a month for a tracking number to be provided.. B.S. if you ask me.. And now I have a pick up slip today for the ordered products from Pacific Rim aka "iloveracing.com" B.S. again!! So I guess i wont be receiving my refund after all this B.S. So dont ever order **** from them unless you want to experience the B.S. i went through.. If anyone here are affiliated with Jerry Tsai or friends with him, tell him you got 2 disappointed and unsatisfied customers!! Trust me, I will advise anyone I know who ever thinks to order from them.. :rant:

I recently ordered from these morons. All i ordered was a little wristband... that was on september 4! then, on the 20th, they sent me a message saying that my order was now changed from pending, to processing. I sent them numerous messages asking if a tracking number would be available, and no answer. I forgot about it for a while, then last week, i realized the f**ing thing still hadn't come, and I still hadn't recieved any emails back from them. I started searching for a number, which is when i came accross this thread. Thanks to sti4j0n's info, i was able to contact Jerry Tsai. First of all, the dumb c*nt answered the phone as if it was his home phone y'know, like "mmyello?". That cocky annoying greeting.:punchy: Ugh. Then, when i told him about my order, he said that all of their orders were backed up because their new drift team had a bunch of events that they had to go to. I was like "Man, thats the worst excuse ever! Do you even realize what your reputation is like right now? It's sh*t Jerry. Absolute sh*t. Just ship my order out right now. I'll expect it within the next ten days, and if i don't get it by then, you'll be hearing from me.":rant: That man has [SIZE="7"]NO BALLS[/SIZE]!! He was completely passive the entire time, stuttering, and apologizing....it was sad. But seriously, like grow the f*ck up, if you're going to run a business, at least have the brains to make sure someone can get your sh*t shipped out on time. Like f*ck. Just another one of these wannabe hot shots, acting like a puss when it comes right down to it. It's too bad i don't live in Cali, cause i would go straight to his godd*mn doorstep and show him what the f*ck happens when you f*ck around.

Damn dude, you situation sounds like mine!! Glad you came across this thread to help you steer into the right direction in getting your ordered item.. hope you get your item in the set time that they told you..If not, then start flaming up on them.. I already told my cousin them up in L.A. (Glendale & Eagle Rock) and they all know my situation and they passed the story on to their other drifter friends!! But on a serious note, hope they come across this thread because if you are running a business, isnt customer service part of a formula to having a successful business company?? I guess to them, getting their name out there is more important than running a properly operated business.BTW, from what I heard from my cousin.......Never mind, i dont want to post negative comments so Ill keep it to myself...They have enough problems as is including handling your situation in a proper manner.. Just was pissed an then disappointed that I couldnt give out to the volunteers their reward for helping out in the coordinating our HIIC Aloha United Way charity event. Still bothers me alittle now instead of before!! I was hoping to give out the "Thanks for lending a helping hand" prizes to the voulunteers on that day instead of giving them their rewards later..Jus wanna show our appreciation on that day instead of days later!!Plus too I never knew you was related to one of our HIIC member.:thumb: So I hope we didnt get off on the wrong per say!!;) So you dont have to shake, rattle, and roll them. I got the stuff like a week later i think and the other coordinator distributed them out!! On another note, hope you have fun at the D1. My cousin them will be participating in the

Lol, all the times i been to L.A., i didnt even get to drive, not even ride in thier "S" or his 240. Always go dumped with a rental, but I cant complain..:thumb: I wish my family has their own paint shop, would be changing paint schemes all the time for free:thumb:
