02 wrx window problem
 

So, my driver window is begining to get mis aligned with the door seal. I removed the door card and found two bolts but don't know where they go. I also saw what looks like the motor electrical clip that plugs in, it unplugs itself when i try to roll up/down the window. Any help would be much appreciated.
