Dibs if these will fit an '02 wagon. Who made the Exhaust shield and what's the condition of all parts?

Also, I'm picking up my STi RA Cryo treated gearset from XX Tuning sometime this week. I'm asking 1300 or best offer for it

Added to the list also is a Turbosmart 50/50 hybrid blow off valve in black... I'm asking $50 for it
