Looks dead here. Maybe someone can answer. I'm coming from a state that does not do emissions testing during safety tests. Does anyone that lives in Bell county know if it is a requirement.

I know some people keep their out of state license plates and some do not need to do safety checks (Florida) but I want to get rid of my plates from Hawaii and probably just end up getting Texas license plates.
