SA Meet up

I do not know if this is something that happens often, but I am looking for a crew/group to hang with.
Let me know, I am on the FAR NE side of SA, but I do have my own home if that make it easier to meet up....No loitering issues

Moving from Honolulu Hawaii and was wondering about somethings in San Antonio. First, is there any emission laws and if so how bad are they? Next, I'm looking to buy a house, shouldn't be a problem but I'm not their to search for one. Will be working on Lackland. Later
