I do not like how she acted and dont agree one bit, but she was within her rights to say what she did. She made no threatening acts toward the man.
She may be an idiot, but she was within the 1st amendment. The moment we start attacking things because someone doesnt like them, vice an actual threat to someone, we start losing the 1st amendment and our constitutional rights.
