Hmm dont you think its a little more than that? Granted we went into Iraq with all this "data" about ish that never even panned out to be true which pissed off alot of people. Afghanistan however seemed to never get the attention and or hype that Iraq has. Thus more people protested or vocalized against Iraq for the whole reason, or lack of reason, we went in..

Besides we might as well grab some of that H up in Afghanistan.
LOL

Wait... think about it. What does the NATION of Afghanistan or crapistan have to do with it? What spoils of war are there? What do we have to gain?

Terrorists have a safe haven in packistan, remember?

If mccain had done the same thing there would be protests, and you know it.

Obama talked about moving troops into Afghanistan during his campaign. So did McCain to an extend. This should come to no surprise to anyone not living under a rock. Beside the fact that were are already involved in war on that front.

Completely different situtation than being told about how Iraq had WMDs and later being told "Looks like we were wrong about the WMDs, but since we're here, **** it, let's stay!"
