4 street racing deaths prompted a law allowing cops to seize cars... i think this is more about money then safety. This is bulldroppings!

Seeing how L.A. consists of millions of people i find these statistics hard to believe. If anything they're coincidence and LAPD's crediting their recent actions based on that.

I don't see any problem with taking away cars from street racers and drunk drivers if the LAPD sells the vehicles and donates the money to charity. Based on the story, they're just in it for some new equipment budget money which is wrong. It also shows motive to seize said vehicles without cause.
