The question isn't "if" they will finally start looking at U.S. immigration, but "when."

Bull****. U.S. resources support about a billion people worldwide. We sell more of nearly every major food staple product there is than any other nation.
"Our population is already too large to be sustainable within our resource base," said Dick Schneider, a club member in Oakland who wrote the ballot argument in favor of lower immigration limits.
