I know bradley was accomplished, a good man, and i'm sure he'll be missed, but all members of the media are vermin at the end of the day as far as i'm concerned.

Explain por favor. Really too bad :(. I always enjoyed his reports on 60 minutes. EDIT: If you say something about the so-called "liberal media" I'll ****ing blow a gasket. ;) |
He was one of the better reporters out there, the man almost died back in Vietnam.
He was one of the better reporters out there, the man almost died back in Vietnam.
Yup. He's got my admiration.
Further, professionally he stood above the crowd in my book. Normally, I wouldn't have even opened this thread because, though death is always tragic, it's hard to feel anything for more than a second or two whenever you hear of someone you don't know who has died. However, he was someone who genuinely 'told a story'. That and I've never seen any other interviewers whose kind, unassuming personality yet doggedly persistent inquisitiveness could put his interviewer at such ease that they'd likely have told him the answers to all of their secrets had he asked. His loss is a shame. |
huh.....jack palance just died today too....wierd how deaths of celebrities happen all around the same time....i loved him in "shane" and "city slickers"....
