If California was the kind of State that the average guy could get a CCW.

It probably wouldn't be the kind of State that would be having these sorts of problems..

Yes I realize there are counties in California where CCW Issuance is both fair and common, but the Majority of the state's population is still screwed in this regard..

I'm 29 years old and have never been at the mercy of some dirtbag. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
