wow something that iloqin and i agree on, must be a cold day in hell .
I really like that he said, "If there was a nation of gay married couples who were telling you that you couldn't practice religion, I'd be speaking out for you too."

It's a saying like when your friend says 'I love you man...no homo though'
Or if you are working out with buddies and say something like - 'Dude, you're looking good man, keep up the work...no homo.'
It's a clause to indicate you are not seeing it in a homosexual way.
I love Brad too...no homo though.

no homo is a ridiculous saying that come from a homophobic culture, the Rap culture. (not hip-hop) By simply using that saying you are in fact saying that there is something wrong with being gay, something you have to be afraid of, hence using it in the first place. Just like using 'gay" to describe something that sucks, or is bad.

^ its a fine line. i know we shouldnt say anything at all, but i think its just another way of saying "not that there's anything wrong with that," which was coined by seinfeld. it also depends on who and how they are saying it. i'm not advocating we make jokes about being homophobic, but this is very light imho. also people have a certain comfort level on this site, maybe they stepped over the line and dont realize it. i wouldnt mark them up as being completely intolerant though.
