Anyone watch CNN lately about McCain standing up for Obama?!

In a rally today there were two people that said:

a) He's an arab and that makes them afraid. McCain snatched the mic away and corrected the woman and told her that he is not an Arab, not a terrorist and that's he's a decent family man, who he respects.

b) A man who felt afraid of an Obama presidency, and McCain said there is not need to be afraid of an Obama presidency, and then he got booed and yelled at...

****ing crazy... ****ing crazy *** social conservatives, neo-cons and the religious right. Racist POSes... **** them.

Mad respect for McCain for standing up for him. But why the ads about Obama being linked to a terrorist then? and why Palin saying much the same?

Anyways, my point is, we have a LOT of stupid, ignorant people in the US... Really sad...

I was beginning to lose a lot of respect for McCain because this isn't the first rally where people have shouted such things. I think McCain was getting pressured from the media and his campaign managers to tell people this isn't acceptable behavior.

I'm glad to see McCain stand up like a true American and show his own fans the definition of respect. I'm very happy he decided to do the right thing.

That's a righteous man who is saving face and trying to grab voters back. I guess thats what happens when you are behind in the "polls" and desperate for any type of positivity, especially after you've been throwing salt all up in the mix.

"I'm John McCain and I approved this message." That statement is on every single one of the smear ads McCain has released. In part that has helped create stupid remarks from people (like the women saying Obama is Muslim). His ads which, based on his statements from Friday night, he himself doesn't even really believe.

I laugh.

He doesn't believe it, and trust me, there are books out there going into this whole muslim thing hardcore, and they've been out for a LONG LONG time before any of this hit the media.
