2008-2010 WRX Steering Multiplier

First time asking a question on this site. I have a 2010 WRX and I installed a L&E steering quickner. It's installed correctly, had the dealer check the steering angle sensor and it's at 0 degrees. As far as I can tell it's done right. I have a issue where the car will activate the front brakes going into a low speed corner whether it's to the right or left. I have the traction control in the off position. The wheel is centered, and the toe is at 0 degrees. I can't seem to find a fix, and before I take it back to factory I thought I would ask here.

On my 08 STi I bought Perrins PSRS kit. No cel after install and turn In is noticeably improved. I almost went with a quick ratio steering rack, but I would have needed to turn off all traction control every time I started the car to prevent ecu interference.
