guys,

my gf had her 08 wrx for only a month now. has 70k on it. noticed yesterday her throw our bearing is making a whine when you press the clutch in. i read this is kind of common. my questions is how do you remove the bearing?
i know on my STI tranny their is a rod that does between the fork. but these 08 wrx do not have this.
any have some photos or how to take it off? ill just be replacing the bearing itself. anything thing will help.

This is not something you can do from outside the car and does not involve just changing the bearing; if you replace it, it pretty much means a new clutch. There would be no point in pulling it apart just to fix the bearing because once you are in there, you might as well replace the whole thing.
