Can anyone recommend a vendor that sells the slightly larger than WRX rear sway bar, preferably the STi one? I can't seem to find a vendor that sells one.

You probably cant find it cause there is no such thing as an "STI swaybar"
However, brands like Cusco, Hotchkis, Whiteline, Perrin, etc. sell rear swaybars in larger sizes, try looking in the vendor forums on here and on nasioc.com to find vendors that sell them.
