Wheel Fitment for Nt03 18x9.5 +40 on 02 GD
Heey whats up guys. I am a happy buyer of my new Enkei NT03's! I just did a text fitment yesterday and the rim are a few mm's away from my strut. I have v7 STI pink struts and springs. I'm rolled on all four of my fenders as well. The tires i will be running on this set is 245/40/18. I plan to put 5mm spacers in the rear to clear this gap from the wheel to the struts. Basically my question is will i still be rubbing? Or do you guys know anyone running this same set up on their bugeye rex's? Thanks guys! any input is greatly appreciated!

You'll most likely clear the struts no problem, but now you have to worry about rubbing your fenders. I ran the same wheels with 5mm spacers but with 255/35/18s and still rubbed a little on my fenders with a roll. Wasn't bad since it only rubbed on bumps at highway speeds and cornering super hard. I was on coilovers as well.

The +40 offset sits awesome with the body and pretty flush. So im sure with a 5mm spacer im gonna be rubbing a little too. But hopefully not much more than you did with my tire specs.
Im running the same wheels and fitment with 255/35/18 r-comp tires on coilovers, with a 3mm spacer, and there is no rubbing at all. I have all four fenders rolled as well. Post a pic of your car! I like buyeyes with NT03's!
