Arrow Time to replace shocks and struts?

Hey guys I have 60K miles on my 04 WRX.
On some roads in my area there are small holes in the roads and
uneven surfaces. When I have no choice but to drive over
them I can hear a poping noise coming from the front end of
the car in the wheel well area.Do you think it's just my shocks
and struts? Is their any other suspension component in the front
end of the vehicle that would translate a poping noise?
I am considering the non-adjustable Tokico HP series (blue) shocks and struts for my car does anyone have any expereince with these?
What brand shocks and struts do you recommend?

I would also check the ball joints and maybe the endlinks or other suspension parts may be worn, broken or loose.
