where did you move your horn to when you installed you strut brace?

there is a second location on the same strut tower but it moves the horn facing toward the engine and closer to the fire wall. You should be able to see it just by looking. I don't have a good photo but I do remember seeing it one time in a thread.

Edit: I forgot there use to be that little sturt top mount. I took that appart and then just attached the horn to another bolt that was holding something else. I'll upload a photo in a few.

The horn is nowhere near the strut bar.

Ok sorry about the night vision shot but my DV doesn't have a flash or light.

In the photo directly under the strut bar there is a bolt holding some other part. I took that bolt out and then put the horn bracket that I took apart and then put the bolt back in. I hope you can see the horn. It's kinda to the left of thoes three lines on the firewall.

Spring rates

anybody know the spring rates for these lowering springs for the MY93-01 Impreza? I checked the ravensblade sight but it only had the Sstock STi v5/6 spring rates.

I know the stock STi v5/v6 are around 235-185/195 or something close to that.

"STi Sport Lateral Link Set, 6-pc.
The six piece STi rear lateral link set upgrades all 8 link bushings to pillow ball type joints (spherical bearings) sealed against dirt intrusion. Also includes metal (w/ uniball joints) rear swaybar links with adapter brackets. With ultra-low compliance joints, this lateral link set significantly improves rear alignment control, handling response, and feedback (with some increase in NVH)."

I think i remember reading BAN SUVs saying something about those spherical bearings wearing quicker than the group N rubber/urethane bearings. Anybody have any info about the life time of those parts? I'll try and find the post.

here it is: "Spherical bushings are for race cars. Hardened urethane bushings give 90% of the stiffness with about half of the NVH transfer. Also, urethane bushings last much longer. Remember, stuff on a race car doesn't have to last very long. Stuff on your car does."
