Rear drum conversion (Q's)

I have acess to the rear disc brake assembies from a 99 forester. Would these fit on an Impreza? If so, what all would I need (dust sheild, etc.) to complete the swap of the rear drums on my '98 OBS? :confused: Please help!

... And would ss lines for an impreza work with the rear Forester calipers?

Cancel that.... I just ordered ss lines for my disc/drum setup, so I guess the conversion is no longer an option :( .
