Rear Camber on lowered GC8 L

I have a 96' LX Coupe that I ordered some H&R sport springs for. I was wondering if I'll need the rear camber bolts in order to bring it back to factort specs? The place I ordered from (WorldOnePerformance) said I didn't need them, just seeing what you guys think.

Your camber will be okay without the camber bolts.

Ok, so a decent shop should be able to dial it in to within factory spec?

Factory spec is 0.5 degrees. Is that all you want? If so, then yeah, you'll need camber bolts. Otherwise you'll end up at about a degree.

A degree would still give me decently even tire wear? Do I even need an alignment for the rear?

Yes and yes. Alignments are crucial to both proper tire wear and consistent handling.
