Talking Lowered OBS (pics)

I finally got struts (KYB GR2) so I could install my springs. It turned out great: the ride is almost as smooth as stock, but much better in turns, and, IMO, the rear sag isn't too bad. (I've yet to do measurements to confirm that the rear wheel well goes lower, but I've read that's so) There are no rubbing issues, but then again, I have yet to get wider tires and/or wheels. Here are some pics...

The front fender gap in this pic looks bigger than it actually is (foreground)

Thanks, the springs are manufactured by subaru, they are USDM performance upgrades offered for the RS (or maybe Sti ver.4 or 5 or RA) All I care is that the ride is butta and the drop is perfecto (IMO) This all turned out exactly how I was hoping. The wheels/tires are WRX oem (16x6.5 205/55/16). OBS oem is (205/60/15), but it wouldn't rub either way.

After driving it around town today, I cannot urge all of you still on stock suspension (especially older models) enough to go put some kind of suspension upgrade next on your mod list. Upgrading the suspension improved acceleration, braking, and of course, cornering. My original goal was to reduce body roll... I ended up improving a whole lot more than I expected.

Patience, my friend... I'm looking into the bronze rotas (SDR or Tarmac II), but I'm still unsure of the 17x7.5 thing
