I just bought new sets of rims/tires, now my calipers look like crap , need to be painted, anyone knows what's the best paint out there and where to get it?

Try to prep the surfaces really well, just like any other paint job. Carefully mask off any machined surfaces and bolt holes.

Brake cleaner and a wire brush should be enough. I would highly recommend removing the calipers to do the painting. Of course that means bleeding the brakes when you put them back on, but the paint will turn out much better / will be easier to put on.

I did it the other way because I was lazy back on my 02 WRX wagon. Here's how it turned out: http://www.egansworld.com/oldsite/Calipers.html

looks pretty cool... :-) I can't wait to get my done

It would be nice to remove the calipers, but my help is not willing to do all that for me, so it'll be done the way you did yours...

I would paint them all rainbow. Remember the fuit stripe gum? I'd do em like that.

Caliper paint kits come with everything you need.
