Jonathan, you know I'm in for the underpanel and the divider plate thingy. That's three people. Come on!!!

Is the underpanel a bolt-on for an 02 WRX, or would it require some drilling? Can you change the oil with it installed?

No drilling. You have to drop the panel (or at least the rear screws according to some) to change oil.
