I believe so. It wasn't your modifying the broke it :)
A recall is basically an admission of guilt concerning a bad part, so I assume they have to replace it.
Unless of course they want to be jerks and say they won't service modded cars, no matter what the circumstance. |
are they gonna replace it or give u another car? :D
if you have not modded the part being recalled they honor any vehicle. I think even if the component is modded they give you the option to take the new one and still have it put in.
damn, another recall.
What other recalls have there been?
give it a rest already, the recall is a clip installed on the throttle cable cam to keep the cable in the cam.takes all of 30seconds to do.
takes all of 30seconds to do.
Yeah right! Obviously you have not been a customer for a while. That will be 1 week to get an appointment. 20 minutes drive to the dealer. 10 minutes checking in. 5 minutes in the waiting room. 5 minutes signing paper work. |
i just got mine fixed!
I have not received any notice from SOA or the dealer about this: how does one find out if it is an item for one's car?
I got mine fixed last week. No big deal...just take it in and they'll fix it.
