waving flashing lights or flipping hazards to say hello
Does anyone else do this when the see another subi owner out and about?

i give the middle finger and a huge smile.
Jk no smile. hahhah (peace sign) |
I think flashing a deuce is the universal way. And I otherwise give thumbs up to cool, non-Subaru cars.

the hazards are a nice touch when the windows are heavily tinted and no can see you wave

I was wondering about this too. I have an STI and only get waves from other STIs.
This is just first impressions tho. I'm super new to my car. Guy in a modded WRX looked right at me today and kept going. Lol. Maybe he wanted me to wave first? Idk... |

Idk...[/QUOTE] A lot of people wait for a deuce because there are more and more wrx /sti owners that never wave back, just have to judge it lol if they see me I'll throw out a wave. If they don't even look over then it is what it is |
Back in 04 when i got my first wrx. It was a much smaller community. Most would wave, give peace signs or flash fog lights at one another.
|
I do the wave. Now that there are more and more wrx/sti cars around I tend to look for at least one mod on the car (and the driver) before tossing the deuce's.
|
i deuce when my window is down. other wise ill flash hazards real quick since my windows are too dark to see though. and then there are time i deuce people in my camry and get a mean mug. lol
