New member here looking at an 06 STi with 75k on it....

the vin plates at the following link: here

has an (FL) in the lower left corner of the plate...anyone know what this means? I checked the vin out and the car has a clean history through carfax. In addition someone used pictures off of ebay to try and scam people with this vin a while back needless to say i dont believe that went well and im thinking the car is perfectly fine......the car is at a local dealer I have some friends working at and I am going to look at it later...

main question is what does that (FL) mean on the vin door plate? I understand how to read the rest of the subaru vin's
