well the flanges won't be a problem because i can blue print them off a stock up pipe i need the aftermarket hole size is about all i need the rest would come from the stock up pipe.:D

u do know people sell used uppipe for around 100 bucks for a flex and even less 70-80 for a non-flex??

use the inlet on the turbo as a template. the overall DIA of the pipe will be larger depending on the thickness of steel used, but as long as the inside DIA of the pipe is no larger and no smaller than the inlet on the turbo, you should be fine. I also considered having some made (very inexpensive to produce after you have one mocked up) but it seems that no matter how good they are, unless you have a reputable name to slap on it, people wont buy it. I mean take HKS up-pipes for example, they are not the best quality, but they sell like hot cakes. Having the flanges CNC machined should be no problem, and mandrel bend pipe is cheap. the initial setup would cost some bank, unless you have access to the CNC machinery etc. good luck, post pics when you get it done!
