I was called on this also so all of those that call the WRX the REX please refer to this website.

Hah, yes this is very important. But, since most people don't know about the REX, you can assume that 99% of people use Rex to mean WRX.

Alot of people with in the honda comunity also refer to their CRXs as REX. I did not realize Subaru made a car named REX, I thought most used it as shortened slang for WRX like we did for CRX

That is what I was thinking when people say "Rex".

yeah, the term Rex has always bothered me when refering to a wrx

The Rex is a fun little car. My boss had one, he had no clue what he had, it was given to him.

He asked me to try it out for him....I was surprised how eager it was to get up and go.

Oh, the main competition was from Suzuki...surprisingly similar car...the Alto Works.

i dont think people spell it as rex. its just easier to say than wrx.

I had no idea subaru made a k-series car, like the cappucino!!! i'll take three!

CRX, WRX, RX-7, big mean dinosaurs, 30 year old Subaru...

Rex is just a popular name/nick name

The Subaru Pleo looks like an SD Legacy Outback!
