Stolen Rally Armor Mudflaps...TWICE!!!!
 

...recently got an 09 FXT (after my last 02 Bugeye got totaled by a hit-n-run) in Satin White Pearl...so naturally, the red Rally Armor mudflaps goes with it ;) ( I have some 08 FXT STI/Legacy ENKEIs that I'm powder coating gold that will go on soon)

My car was parked in front of my house, on the street....after I leave work and walking to my car, I notice my rear driver side mudflap was missing. When I got home, I scoured the area and found a washer on the curb where I parked so this tells me someone ripped it off while the car was in front of my house. The sickest and most twisted part is whoever stole the flap....but all the damn screws and mounting hardware BACK on...who the F&ck does that?

So I contacted Rally Armor and they sell me a blem replacement at a discount...saved! I install it and I'm a happy go lucky guy again.

Less than a month has passed...I take the family out to IKEA Palo Alto on Saturday....when we got home, my wife says "Where's your mudflap?". WHAT THE HOLY F&CK????? This time, it's my rear passenger flap that is missing.

I have 2 screws left so this looks like someone took off 2 and just yanked the remaining off.

I'm so pissed but at the same time just dumbfounded....who the hell does this?

Has anyone had their red Rally Armor mudflaps stolen or vandalized like this?

I had black Rally Armor flaps on my past 2 bugeye WRXs and no one ever messed with my car....is it just the RED?

The things people do... I'd be surprised if anyone else has had this problem repeatedly. I guess the red would attract more attention, but who does stuff like that? I mean my whole car is red and nobody's messed with anything.

Never heard of anyone stealing mudflats before this is the first! If only you could lock it with a yale.
