You mean the [Gallery] and [Review] buttons at the top of the page? They wont do anything because nobody has set them up. Kinda like putting a light switch on the wall but not actually wiring up a light - it looks like a light switch, it clicks like a light switch, it just wont do anything 'cos it aint hooked up.

As jolt said, there is a Gallery forum.
